  • Winter Weather Safety

    When winter weather strikes, NEMT services can be challenged. We closely monitor state and local weather emergency notifications to make informed decisions that prioritize the safety of our staff and passengers without compromising on healthcare needs.

  • Service Animals

    We understand service animals are more than just pets; they are essential companions that perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. Our vehicles welcome service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 


    If you rely on a service animal, please let us know when scheduling your ride so we can make the necessary arrangements to comfortably accommodate both you and your animal companion.

  • Personal Items Policy

    We strive to make your journey with us as smooth and secure as possible. However, it's important to note that TLC Transportation System cannot be held responsible for any personal items or packages lost or stolen during transport. 


    To ensure a safe and clutter-free environment for all passengers, we ask you to:


    • Ensure all items are secured during transport

    • Understand that drivers cannot assist with carrying packages

    • Limit the number of carry-on items to four (4) or fewer to maintain ample space for you and other passengers

  • Private Pay Option

    If you are in Wisconsin and your ride requirements don't qualify through any of the listed providers, don’t worry. TLC Transport Services offers a Private Pay option that may work for you.


    To arrange a Private Pay ride, simply contact us by phone or email. Remember that all Private Pay rides must be paid either upfront or at the time of pickup.

  • Understanding Payments

    Our commitment to simplifying your journey extends to making our payment processes easy and transparent. Several factors can influence the rate of reimbursements, such as:


    • Type of patient
    • Location and mode of transport
    • Private pay vs. Medicaid coverage

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, no matter how they prefer to pay. That's why we accept a wide variety of payment methods to cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
